The Reliables are back at the Lord Palmerston, Aug. 23rd

You’re still enjoying a lovely holiday, sitting in the sun, relaxing. Dreading the thought of going back into the daily grind. Here’s light into the work routine restart: the Reliables are back at the Lord Palmerston on 23 August, starting 7:30pm! We’re branching out further into the groovy/funky world & adding latin vibes with new originals and some cool modern classics.

There’s great food & drinks in the lovely and stylish atmosphere of the Palmerston and – if you join us – a lovely crowd 🙂

The Reliables…

From Sophie Alloway’s drumming – one of the UK’s brightly shining & grooving lights – to Dave Barrows’ saxiomatic solos inspired by his Californian upbringing and tutelage by the greats; The Reliables live up to their name by making live Jazz and Funk music fun – reliably! Expect danceable, boogylicious swinging entertainment propelled by Mike Searl’s bopping bass and Rob Pfeiffer’s electro-magnetically charged guitar chops.  Reliably good jazz music.

The Reliables at The Lord Palmerston, Weds. 12th July

You’ve supported us in the small places – and thank you again! – now come enjoy The Reliables in one of the nicest gastro pubs North London has to offer: The Lord Palmerston.

We’re kicking off 7:30pm on Wednesday, 12th July and this time we’re super excited to be playing as the quartet we’re meant to be with drummer exceptionelle Sophie Alloway!

More groove, more swing, great food, top drinks, beautiful location.

Looking forward to seeing you next week at the Lord Palmerston, 33 Dartmouth Park Hill, Tufnell Park, London NW5 1HU.

The Reliables ride again – 17 May 2017 – Zela’s, Highgate, London

London-based jazz group The Reliables are back at Zela’s, with owner Plamen’s wine and signature galettes/crepes…

Zelas (216 Archway Road, London N6 5AX) on 17th May, starting 7:30pm.

Plamen’s put a lot of love and work into making his “bistro” look even nicer and we’ve been adding new material for extra fun and swing. Dave’s rediscovered his love for alto sax, Mike keeps showing up with a different type of bass every time we play and well… Robert’s got a new guitar amp.

The world’s exciting enough – have a relaxing evening with the Reliables!
